PhotoShop Yellowish White Help

I recently got a copy of photoshop with my scanner, and after installing it it works great. Only i have an issue. I have done a web search to no avail, and i know this is more of a "tech" question, but i figure the art people here will be more likely to help me.

Anyway, here's the issue. When i start a 32bit color image my white looks yellow. When i start a 16bit color image, then white is white.

I know this has to do with the color settings, but i'm not sure what i'm doing wrong. With a 16 bit image i can select "Don't Color Manage this Document." and that makes everything white. Have to use a color management with 32bit, i can't select "don't color manage."

I have tried to load my monitor's icm and dorked with the color settings, but every time white is yellow.

I know there must be a simple fix, but its alluding me.

*EDIT* Apparently 32bit images don't have any usable save options anyway (ie: png, jpeg, bmp, etc) so it is of no use to me anyway. This can be deleted.
