well, I left the blue shine around the wing for a reason.. so on black backgrounds (like in apocalypse's sig) the wing doesn't disappear into nothin...

im gonna give it a 7/10

its a very solid picture BUT

if you made those corners rounded like jesters or the dominion temp it would look better
and i really dont like that elipse i dont knwo how it could get better so its fine.

but my biggest problem which lowers it to a 7
is right here

the planet just kinda gets cut off i dont know if thats the picutre or umessed up but if you fix this which can be done by mirroring it
it would look better to me and id give it a 9/10

Godot already gave a good tip: you could just mirror the image so that the part where it is cut off touches the right edge of the sig..

if you can live with a different but quite similar (and more beautiful imo^^) "armageddon-image" than yours you could also just use this one:
