Well today the best thing could have happened, I got out of school 2 hours early cause we couldnt afford the water bill so we didnt have any water for showers, toilets, sinks, or water fountains. Actually we just ran out of water because we used a well or something like that. So they sent us home by about 1 o'clock my time.
Im happy but I feel Monday or whenever Im going back, wont be such a good day.

awesome....only reason I've been sent home was back in High school and it got below 50 below zero.....state law says they have to send us home :D....
 
Only time I ever left early for an unscheduled reason was waaaaay back in 5th grade when the school lost power. September in Texas + no a/c = dead kids so they let us go.
 
Yeah we got excused from school for no power and 2 hour delays for snow, on the oregon coast
 
In my senior year of high school, we had a freak blizzard and it literally snowed 20 inches within 3 hours. They let everyone who could drive go home early. (At the time I couldn't drive, but I left anyway! (I mooched a ride from a friend.))
 
lol, nicely put MOP. in the midwest we get a lot of snow so every couple years we have a couple snow days in the winter.
 
Yeah seriously thats not a great misfortune. Call it an early holiday. Yeah my school used to pump it's water directly from the lake, so we would never run out of water lol.
 
Yeah see you'd think its a great day. nope. if you find where i live you will realize why i named this thread what it is
 
Only chance of getting out early here where I am <East Coast> is snow and ice. That or a 50 MPH typhoon :D
 
Yea exactly wat Alpha siad or if the AC dont work or A girl gets hit by bus(i'm serious it happened last yr)
 
Bring an ammo case to your school and stick it in the bathroom, run to the principle and say a bomb is in the toilet ;) thats how we got our day off.
