Background: Need Advice

I've been working on this background, but I need some advice on how to finish it or make it better. I don't really like it at the moment, but don't know what to do to put that extra "umf" on it. Download and modify, let me see what you guys/girls can do!

P.S. Please don't suggest filters, I don't use them.

I have one, MAJOR problem with it, the blues. They are not the TF2 Blues, I mean, its a small thing but it still bugs the hell out of me. There is a TF2 colour pallete which I am using for a WiP of my own (I'm posting it when I am finished)

thats my only problem with it so far.

Did you do it in PS? It looks great! But yea as midget said, not the tf2 colours, they need to be darker

Nope, not darker, less saturated. :-D
