Punkbuster/CoD4?

[Vain]

Wdup guys!

I'm having an issue with either punkbuster or cod4 this is what it's giving me

=(e)=Vain PunkBuster kicked player '=(e)=Vain(for 0 minutes)...Restriction: corrupted file/memory[120148]

and in the bottom right hand corner it has 1.7.568

The failed solutions i've tried.. updating punkbuster.. uninstalling CoD4 reinstalling CoD4.. This is a steam product what shall I do?
