My vote is for The Rock.

The Rock was the greatest TFC map. i would say by far my most played map during my TFC days

Just wanted to give some Kudos out too all the guys helping rank up Warpath. Its gone from 154 to 113 within about a month. So great job so far. Hoping to get into the top 100 before May 20th. So still some work to do guys. But a great job so far.

The Rock was just a big turtlefest, too easy to defend, too hard to score. Ego's warpath server is my home away from home. The list of characters that frequent this server on a daily basis is too long to name but always entertaining. I'm afraid that if the leaders shut down this server, I would definitely get my warpath fix somewhere else. Now, if they had an update for Avanti..............

Ok this should be the last Bump of this post as today is May 20th the deadline day for the server. The rank has actually gone down since my last report .. Its down to 129... So come on guys get the server full for the whole day so we can get that rank high enough.

Warpath should automatically get a reprieve, since the server's so bad lately. It actually hit 2 fps server-side today. It doesn't matter what map, a server that laggy is going to drop in rank.

If she has to go down, at least phase her out slowly. If, indeed, The Rock (2) is in the works [I've seen screenshots, so I know *somebody* is working on it], then let's have a Rock2 / Warpath rotation.

The Rock = the reason I got into TFC
Warpath = the reason I kept playing TFC
Canalzone = If this one came back, I would be ecstatic <3


Anyhow, I understand completely if Warpath must go, but please don't make us go cold turkey! I'm afraid I would end up spending more time on other Warpath servers instead of going to play Egypt or Valve Maps, etc. XA recently started a Warpath server, but it's really laggy. The Ville has a Warpath server, but player limit is capped at 24 - just not the same game dynamic.

I'll do what I can to help keep the server populated, but I'm just afraid that it will not be enough.

Come on guys, what is your problem? Warpath is not dead. The leadership has not changed anything yet. Lets not give up while Warpath is still alive. This is the time when Warpath needs us the most and here you are walking away from it.

Its that the people i see saying it should die are people that dont play the game as much anymore. At least on EGO servers. Also i have hardly ever seen them on the warpath server to begin with.

My idea that I gave ack might save warpath(in a twisted way)..that is if ack doesn't A. hurt himself laughing at the idea or B. trash the idea all together.. and due to the compleatly warped, disfigured, nutty, so far out of the box you can not even see it, line of thought the idea in question has I will keep it between ack and myself.

their are many members and non- members that have alredy offered to donate to just keep the warpath server alive. I have to dig up the post with this info in it. But i know it was at least a few people that said on the forums that they would donate just for warpath.( probly the only reason they donate right now).

A warpath-specific donation fund could be viable to keep the server alive but I would leave this decision completely up to leadership.

Since the server has a very hardcore, consistent following it could actually work for a while.

Frisky - because Warpath is not an official map supported by Valve. It is a community made map.

Yeah, more info could have been nice. Like a "sorry, but thanks for all your hard work trying to save it." Or at least telling us what had to be done to save it, "increase it's rank" is way too general. But hey, axing it is cool too.

Yeah i have a feeling its going to come back in a few months when they see what all they lost by axing it. But thats going to take some time for that to happen. So for now i have just moved on to playing on another clans server that picked up the warpath map a few months back. Looking forward to get that server going.
