There's just music on the background. I found this video on TF2wiki.net when I was reading bout the soldier. So no idea who it is.

I wouldnt consider most of them a "exploit" or "glitch" because valve put the rocket jump in for the solider so honestly they had to think of some1 doing that.

I couldn't make those jumps They made it look so easy that even I could pull them off. I just know that I can't have peace until I've made even one of those.
