If it was for photorealism, i would say try some darkening and making the superman symbol look like it forms to the body like the blue part.

as far as some specific techniques to try, set the blending mode of the superman layer on overlay if it isn't already and lower the opacity ever so slightly, maybe by like 5 or 10% at most. also try doing a bit of lightening/darkening with the level adjustment layer, you could also try curve just to see if it does anything helpful.

also, the tie needs to cast a shadow over the superman outfit, at the moment it doesn't and it looks very clearly photoshopped aroudn that one spot.

Or do what I do and duplicate the layer, and use the burn and dodge tool to lighten areas, if you screw up, you always have the unaltered first layer, I feel this way gives it a more realistic feel.
