All talk failing on Jail

So it's happened about 4 or 5 times with me. I can't even tell if it's just all talk or a full blown glitch where random people just can't be heard. But the situation is where the T's and CT's flat out can't hear eachother and results in freekilling/kicking/banning because of this (http://www.edgegamers.org/forums/showthread.php?t=78847).

It seems to only occur for one round and is completely fine the next.

I tried searching the forums with no luck so if it's already been answered please point me in the right direction.
 
Yea it happened to me tonight and ended up killing like 9 Ts cause I thought they were disobeying and the CTs can hear you so its hard to tell if Ts can or cant.

This will be forwarded to Kigen, unless he reads this before I can PM him.
 
ya it's happened to me quite a few times, but im a jail bum, but it has only happened recently
 
Valve's Issue

It may be Valve's Issue. It sometimes happens with other various servers on Counter Strike: Source. I am not 100% sure that Valve has tweaked microphones in-game to their full potential. If it does happen to be Edgegamers problem then I am unsure.
 
Indeed it has happened quite a few times over here....
I just thought that it was the T's ignoring me...
 
Hmm long time haven't been on the jail server, but yeah I sawed sometimes ( a very loooooooooooong time ago) the same scenario, T's and CT's spamming on the mic's, after CT's freekilled a lot of T's
