Sniper Server Upgrades

• Handgun replaced by Carbine (both classes - 2 clips)
• 1 Nade per Sniper
• Heatlh set to 80% for 1 shot 1 kill with sniper rifle
• 1 Rifleman re-added per side
• 4-Towers added to rotation
• Random Class disabled
• Team Balance Enforced
• Alltalk on
• New Stats System

Hopefully coming soon: Snow player skins

Statistics Information
A players gains two points per kill, plus one extra point for each 100 points higher his victim's score is. The victim loses the equivalent number of points. This is done so that a really good player cannot boost his score by killing beginners over and over again; likewise, when a skilled player connects he can reach a high rating quickly because everyone else will start out with a much higher score.

It slightly rewards playing time, but mostly individual skill.

NOW - If you want a jump start on being ranked #1 NOW is the time since the stats plugin is empty fresh.

Warning - If I do not start seeing people playing within the server I will pull the plug. Idle this server if you are going out of your house, work, school, mowing the lawn, ect.

Thanks for all you've done here, Kendle. Those changes will even the balance perfectly, and the stats setup makes a lot of sense to me.

  As for the new additions, now we are talking. Great work on that, I love all of that but maybe the ALL talk I don't care for. Unless we only have like 6-8 peeps in the server. Would there be a way to vote all talk off??
