I Really Need Some Help!

Alright, so I was playing CS:S (obviously) earlier today and the video settings were all off, and everything was cut off on the sides. So i went to change the settings, and the lower ones did not work. So when I chose a higher setting the screen went black and said:

OUT OF RANGE

H: 75.2KHZ V: 75.0HZ

I don't know how to fix this, and I can't get into the game to switch the settings. I already re-installed the game, and that didn't help. What do I do? :facewall: PLEASE HELP!
