Need a new sig.

Well, since I got promoted I would like a updated signature. Here's the list of the things I would like included.

Signature:
-Striped Background on steam skin. (Picture Show Below)
-Full name and rank in bright white letters clearly visible. (Similar to my present avatar.)
-Rounded Corners.
