edit: oh noes!! i had a great screenshot of these two guys that came into mid, on dust2, and i sniped them in the head...they were side by side in the EXACT same position...i took a pic but it was with scope up, which apparently makes your pic all black :S

ok with all these pics im noticing something.
a lot of peoples rates are different...and im wondering why a little bit.

for instance i have my cl_cmdrate set to 100, but it auto sets to 60 for all eGO servers, because its 66 tick...tho not sure why it goes down to 60. Now i see pics of ppl with 30 tick (unless they have their cl_cmdrate set to 30) and ppl with 66 as well.

There was also a difference on the scrim server...it seemed the admins of the server were not restricted, and got 100 tick...tho others were restricted to 50 by the server itself (not their own personal rate settings). What would be the reasoning for this, anybody know?

aight i'll try capturing some more...uhhh king, try typing cl_updaterate 30 in order to get better rates, get rid of all your choke...maybe get better registry =P
