A Dock Icon is a .PNG used as an icon for Dock programs like Object dock, or windows vista or for Macs. Instead of the few pixels you get with a regular icon you get a small picture. In this case 256x256.

Thanks for the positive feedback. I'm going to work on a set of Icons for Team Fortress 2 next. It will feature a different icon for each class.
