TF2 crashing on start up , not launching

When I try to launch team fortress 2 i get the error shown in this picture

EDIT : In case you can't see the error I'm getting it says : the instruction at "ox00010101" referenced memory at 0x3a004300". the memory could not be "written". Click OK to terminate the program

Same here. Must be a bug of some sort.

EDIT: Its just a Valve Fail. It will pass momentarily.
