Dude, 3" is a lot of height to lose. I'm looking at a 1.0 to 1.5" drop for my OZ Rally. Have you looked at the intercooled turbo kits that are available?

Hemi is short for 'hemispherical' or half a sphere. The cylinder heads on a Hemi are hemispherical which allow for more power without increasing compression (which would mean you'd need to run a higher octane gas).
