lol its ok even when i get a 3-1 KDR i still lose points lmao. so just kill kill kill lol. :laugh:

but admining comes first so do that and gaining points comes later

I hope I'm not intruding on this one.
Having been an admin for a while and having been a House Leader and now a DL, adminning gets old quick. There have been times when I'd rather been kicked in the gut than to have to ban a person, but it had to be done. As a DL there have been more of those incidents than Id like to remember. But the effects of keeping our clan solid and alive outweighs any discomfort of the position.

Here's a couple of tips to making sure that your a good admin.

1. Always use admin chat: When you come into a server, use the admin chat to say hi. This lets the other admins see that you are there. Also use the admin chat to discuss any rule violations. This is essential for all admins on the server to be on the same page.

2. Play the game: Enjoy yourself while you're on the servers. We're all friends here and the game is what brings us all together. So, don't spend time looking for problems, but be ready if one arises.

3. Remember the Cardinal Rule: This kind of ties into the last point. We are not here as admin to police the servers,but to keep them running smoothly. This means if an admin is in the server and he's not adminning anything no matter how harsh the violation may be, he/she is allowing disruption in the server. The same goes for the admins that come in and start kicking and banning at the drop of the hat. You need a balance.

Follow those and you'll make it far in eGO.
