eGO Community Testimonials

eGO is well organized and structured for support, community, education, and growth of it's members. It does so while at the same time promoting a safe family friendly and punk free environment that keeps things fun for all ages...
Even us "old guys"...

eGO had changed me as a person, not just a gamer. it's allowed me to mature up, and say something when someone's being stupid, knowing someone with actual power will hear about it and take care of it. the best community out there, and i'm glad to be a part of it.

The admins always listen to the others, and take their opinion into account and help them if the have questions. Thats what's eGO is about!

eGO is where a 13 year old admin can correct a 45 year old punk and expect to get results

(Im saying something very similar to something GGVW had said before that I remember p:

We created the best admin tooling thing in the world - MAUL! Without that... *cries*

"A place where I can kick off my shoes, have some fun with friends, and NOT listen to some d-bag spam DoTA for 3 hours over the mic"

Great job guys! I added everyone who has posted so far, except maybe a couple that either said something too similar or something that was informal and what a new user wouldn't understand.

20 Testimonials so far! Keep them coming! I'll updated the post twice a day.

"When your voice chatting in eGO servers, It's always about the game. It's not fooling around and nonsense. It's a clean, Mature, Fun Community that's always looking for more members. It's a chance to get to know not only the community, but also the Nice admins. In most servers, the admins can be cruel, and mean. Not at eGO. Everyone here is like a big happy family, willing to come together and have some fun!"

"A place where all gamers can come together and be mature and have a great time without anyone trying to ruin the fun!"
-Addison "TahoE" O'Dell

It was the Spring/Summer of 2008 and I had nearly given up on online gaming. It seemed that every server I went to was plagued with incessant cursing and name calling. This atmosphere greatly hindered teamplay and cooperation. I thought to myself, 'I play videogames to get away from the drama that is life, to relax and have fun, this isn't fun.' As a result I spent less and less time playing online games, though my love for Day of Defeat is strong so I would still log in to play from time to time.

Then one day I came across the eGO flash server, that's when things changed. Within minutes of playing, I knew this server was special. I found none of the things which I had grown to loathe on other servers. There was no name caling, no foul language and of equal importance, people seemed to work as a team. I continued to play on this server alot, and got to know alot of people, and always had a great time. So after playing on eGO servers for a few months as a pub, and being hounded by Goomba countless times to join:) I finally did. I haven't regretted it for a second.

eGO truly is an amazing clan, it's almost unbelievable that an organization of this size still has a family feel to it. I have gotten to know many great people here, everybody is friendly and helpful. It is safe to say that in all my years of gaming(and I have more than a few of em under my belt) I have never had as much fun as I am right now with my friends in eGO.

Well, not only do we kick some serious punk behind and have a great, fun-loving community, eGO is a lot more than that. It's also a resource to help you with life in general.

For instance: I want to join the Coast Guard, yet I live out in Colorado, not many Coast Guardsmen out here. Who am I going to talk to about it? Well, I happen to have a Division Leader named USCG Hammer who's a boatswain in the Coast guard, I asked him questions and he was as polite and happy to accept them than anyone could've been.

Example #2: I really like motorcycles. Never owned one but god do I love them. I was looking for opinions on bikes to get and noticed a little someone named Rellik had a motorcycle in his signiture. Well much like the first example, I asked and I recieved. Not only that, but I found out that Rellik, who I'd never actually talked to before, was a really cool guy.

All in all, eGO is a great community, I hope I didn't go over the word limit if tthere is one, I know this is kinda long

i've been in eGO a long time now and i think one of the best thing about it is that everyday when i log onto the servers there's a new member there, always some refreshing personality that adds to the flavor of members such as Drip's trap card scheme, oldie killing me at T stairs way to many times, and crimson scouting my face off! lol... its not just gaming skill.. its the joy each and every player has to just be part of a team that accepts them for their greatness and can be positive about their failz... <3 =(eGO)=

Being a mature community =eGO= doesen't have 8-year-old kids as members who just annoy others. Furthermore admins actually know how to use their powers and don't hesitate to use them, wich is someting most gaming communities cannot say.
