Okay i have downloaded the hldstoolupdate, and when i try to download the tf2 portion the a second screen opens and closes before i can even click on it. So I don't know if it is an error message or what. So I have a few questions.
1. What is the proper name to put in for the game line in the download game update. All I am finding on line are examples to download css.
2. I am running a phenom 2 (3 gig per core), 8 gig of ram, and a 2gig video card on vista 64 ultimate. Will this setup affect the server program, (running a second operating system is out of the question it is a money thing).
Any advice is greatly appreciated because I have a map I need to test and the tf2 server is messed up (yes I understand that it is an evil program).:facewall:
