TF2 scout skin

Im not sure if this goes here but : I can't get my new scout skin to work . does anybody know how to install a skin for team fortress 2 ? for player models and wepons ?

To change the scout clothes go to my comp > (Explore) local disk c > program files > steam > steam apps > (user name) > team fortress 2 > tf > materials > models > player...now here is where you change the scout clothing, if you already have a scout folder, you may have to delete it and replace it with the one you want to repalce it with...there you go, check your ingame skin and make sure its what you want. Hope this helps.

i did that already . but that folder just has a folder with the name props . no other folders .and skin doesnt work

There are some folders that, if you don't have them, you have to make them.

What are the folders included within the .rar file?
