Many, many, many female admins: this goes to show that we don't just *talk* about equality.
Innovations (MAUL, admin school, 3-tier system): we don't just *talk* about having quality admins.

And the big one, quality of people is greater than the quantity. This includes the above choices as well and is what makes eGO what is it.

1. I think that the quality of our members is much more important than quantity.
2. Having sponsors is pretty awesome as it helps the community out and we (hopefully) give them more business.
3. Having a major game developer acknowledge you is a pretty big deal.
4. Lastly, having a sizable amount of females is something we should be proud of. We have a very diverse member base and anything that goes against the stereotype that only fat, ugly, geeky guys play video games all the time is fine by me! :thumbup:
