I work in IT for a living, and am "officially" offering my assistance to any/all =(e)='s and up. If leadership/FM's decide to sticky this, great. If not, just post in reply and I will do my best to respond quickly, I will be monitoring this post.

FREE HELP btw.

I have my own Microsoft Partner ID: "info providable upon request" am CompTIA A+ Certified and more to quickly follow.
I currently provide Enterprise-wide support for a large Government company in AZ. Meaning servers, font/back-end, databases, PC's, user errors, hardware & software errors, third party and even in-house programs. I literally do it all.
Prior to this I worked for Boeing, CableONE, and AT&T, the latter two both for high-speed internet tech support.

Thanks Death is Beckoning - you'll find that quite a few of us are employed in IT in some form or fashion, so it's always good to get some added opinions in here :-) Just feel free to peruse the threads and offer your opinions when it strikes your fancy.

thats awfully nice of you to devote your time to help those in need with their computers, but I think its best if we dont set up IT "shops" if you will. Its best when people can simply post in this forum where everyone can see it. That way you get different opinions and fixes, in addition to the ability to pull up old threads for solutions/fixes.

I'm not saying anyone who wants help HAS to post in my thread, just if someone want help directly from me, they CAN post in this thread, as I am subscribed to it. I will also check the other threads on a regular basis. I am not trying to exclude anyone from other techs, just letting people know that I am out there.

Tech support for NetApp storage here, used to be network admin/IT manager/Satellite communications tech/Radio tech.

;)

Personally, I would just put a thing in my signature saying "I'm qualified", etc. and then post in other people's threads, but I guess help is help, so this is nice of you :)
