Your First Car

I know there's a Post Your Car thread, but I don't think its related to what I'm asking directly.
I was just wondering what was the first car you bought/were given
I ask this because I am buying my first car this month and I am still having trouble on what to decide... :glare:
People give me advice to get something Economical and cheap like a Honda Civic or a Toyota Camry... but that isn't really my essential vehicle for my first car.
I want something sporty, not sure exactly what yet.
Anyways, What was your First Car and how much was it?(Or were you given it)

my first and still used car is a 1995 toyato carola apparently these were like the best carola they ever made. the thing has never had a major breakdown or a minor breakdown that i can think of. only thing we ever did was change tires and belts and it still works great. Ive had it since 1997 btw.

1990 Buick Century Custom Only cool thing about it was it was a V6. :laugh:

My second car was a 1996 Toyota Camry and let me tell you, it was the most reliable car I've ever had.

Don't have an exact picture of my 1st car (have since sold it). But here is a picture of the same make and model.

1996 Mystic Cobra. Got it for $10k. Had about 80k miles. Very nice car, very fast.

1988 Jeep Cherokee with 235,xxx miles baby! I worked all summer my sophomore year saved $800 and bought that beauty! unfortunately it only lasted me another 3 months, but i loved it like a child while i had it lol.

-Ended up putting a LOT of performance mods and crashing it into a stone wall going 120+ killing it.

My first car was a 96 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS, Red, power all with sunroof. I got it for an okay deal for $6500, which was in 2003. Since then I've owned 3 other cars, 1 Honda and 2 other Mitsu's

I had a 89 Toyota p/u technically first. but it only lasted about a month, was given to me, and was crap. so i don't really count that as my first.

my TRUE first car was a:

it was a pos for real, but i bought it with my own money, and worked on it. My own sweat, blood and tears went into that car (literally)
