How to Add A Border With PS CS4

Okay so i Made a new sig:

Now im wondering how with Photoshop Cs4 To Make a boreder around it.
Can someone help me please

Ctrl + A to select the entire pic

then go to edit -> stroke

choose the stroke value and there you go.
