I played the other day, what a trip. Wasn't quite what I remembered, but it's coming back. At first it felt like I was playing DOOM lol.

I deployed my BAR and I was mowing down the axis, good times!

I notice you can hear footsteps more clearly in the original, you have to be really sneaky when inside buildings.

The weapon choice is awesome too.

I was on KALT and I blew a hole in the side of the sniper house and courtyard wall with the rocket. CLASSIC!

I miss a lot of DOD maps too, I really can't believe they all didn't transfer over.

The MG34 is cool.

Back when i played dod there was a server i played on always called {GSR} public clan server. I am pleased to say that its still there. After looking for several minutes I come across it. The map is Krastoff. Yikes. I pick up a scoped enfield and get right to work. Ok so basically i can skip to the end and tell you i went a wonderful 5-10. Its fun bringing back the old game, reminds me why I like source so much. : )
