Hey, since yesterday i spent hours searching for the meanings for some of the spy achievements' meanings like the ''a cut from above'' or ''identity theft'', so i was wondering of you could help me or us de-code some.

Oh!, also i have a pic of all the achievements, so if you got some of the meanings edit it to make it look like valve did it :biggrin:

I'll start
A Cut Above: Kill an enemy Spy that is using a revolver with a knife.

Counter Espionage: Backstab an enemy Spy when he is using a disguise.

Diplomacy: 50 kills with the Ambassador

Identity Theft: Kill an enemy Spy using your name

The Man with the Broken Guns: Kill 3 Engineers while you have their Sentry Guns sapped (maybe in one life)

could do more, but time for work!
 
Triplecrossed - Backstab 3 players in succession

Wetwork - backstab underwater

Sleeper agent - cloak and dagger is used, kill someone who is looking at your dead body

of course im probably wrong, others are kind of obvious (ie. sap 1000 objects, etc.
 
May I cut in: Kill an enemy that is currently being healed by a medic.

Come in from the Cold: Dominate a heavy or get revenge on a heavy.

Sap Auteur: 1,000 sapper placements/destructions.

Counter Espionage: Kill XYZ enemy spies (maybe while they're disguised).

Spymaster: 1,000 lifetime kills.

The Man from P.U.N.C.T.U.R.E.: Taunt kill perhaps?

The Melbourne Supremacy: Kill XYZ snipers (while they are scoped in?).

Joint Operation: Capture a point with another spy/spies, only other spies, etc.

You Only Shiv Thrice: 3 backstabs within 10 seconds.
 
Who's Your Daddy should involve killing scouts (backstabbing scouts in particular),

The Melbourne Supremacy looks like a sniper stab count,

Joint Operation seems like you'd stab an engineer while another spy has his equipment sapped,

Dr. Noooo seems like it'd be backstabbing a medic with an ubercharge ready,

Sleeper Agent is probably killing someone while using the feign death watch,

Constructor Interruptus seems like it'd be sapping something while it's being built.

Spymaster is obviously 1000 backstabs, Sap Auteur is obviously 1000 saps.

Die Another Way: Kill a sniper after being stunned by his razorback

Diplomacy: Kill 50 people with the Negotiator

Dr. Nooooo: Backstab a Medic who has a full ubercharge

For your eyes only: Have an enemy get a killscreen of you doing the disguise kit taunt.

FYI I am a spy: Backstab a medic who is healing you

High Value Target: Backstab a player dominating you earning 3 points.

Is it safe?: Get 50 defenses (or kill 50 people on control points)

On her majesty's secret service: Start to cap a point within one second of it becoming available

Sap Auteur: Place 1000 sappers

Skullpluggery: Get 10 headshot kills with the Negotiator

Slash and Burn: Dominate a player who then switches to pyro

Spymaster: Get 1000 backstabs

The Man from P.U.N.C.T.U.R.E.: Kill someone with your knife taunt (or freeze screen of you doing knife taunt)

The Melbourne Supremacy: Dominate 3 snipers with your knife

Wetwork: Play a round on Sawmill

Who's Your Daddy: Dominate a scout

You Only Shiv Thrice: Get 3 backstabs within 10 seconds
 
My favorite is the one that's not on there, UNLOCKED-Welcome to the internets. They'll probably put how to get them all soon, they did for scout.
PS. The Ambassador is out now.
 
6 pounds of guns is one whoppin thing to not mess with...

May I Cut In?: Kill both the medic and the person he/she was healing

High Value Target: Kill the same person 3 times in one life

Sapsucker: Kill an enemy spy who has a sapper on a friendly sentry

Burn Notice: *Most likely* kill someone within 30 seconds of catching on fire (even though fire only lasts 10 sec=50 dmg)

Diplomacy: 50 kills with Ambassador =D

This is not good, about 25% of the achievements can be farmed with bots.
BTW koolaid, it is coming on 21st.

Why is that a problem? If people want to farm them with bots, let them. It doesn't affect you in any way, does it? I don't care that people farm them, with bots or without. It's what they decided to do. I farmed some myself. I don't care and Valve doesn't seem to care either (well, as long as you don't use a third party program to hack the game).
