The Disco Biscuits are a trance fusion jam band from Philly. The original members of the band met at the University of PA, and left before graduating( No need to graduate when you can play phenomenal music : ) in 1995. They consist of a lead guitarist(Jon gutwillig), bass guitarist( Marc brownstein), drummer(Allen aucoin), and keyboardist(Aron magner). The Disco Biscuits are known for playing "jam" music and also creating something called TranceFusion which they call their style of music. It is a mix of electronica, rock&roll, and also classical jazz. They play mostly original songs with covers thrown in here and there. They are well known for having the ability to play all of there songs dyslexic, inverted, unfinished, and just about everything else. They have the ability to go into any song from any song without stopping, its a live experience like non-other. They often play a 3 1/2 hour setlist, sometimes going seamlessly from song to song, and sometimes they stop and go. The best part about the Bisco is that you never truly know what your going to get. They will never play the same setlist twice, this is not your everyday radio hits band folks. Disco Biscuits are far from anything related to "mainstream". For instance they have several songs that can go on for 30mins+ and some that are only a few minutes. Its one thing to be able to play the same setlist over and over perfectly, but its something special when a band can play any of 200+ songs perfectly, play some dyslexic, flow right into an inverted song, and then pop right back out with something else all in one set. The disco biscuits overall sound is....PHAT... thats right PH...

This should be in the off topic section....

Anyways. If the moon is up there and we are down here so, it must rotate and a constant speed of spinning around and around like a yo yo that is green and fun to play with for you toss it down and it comes right back up just like a down boxer in a ring punching and punching while taking hits to the face. Taken hits to the face can break your noes what direction that grenade came from? I was just standing there shooting at the baddies and BOOM GOES THE DYNAMITE which is the worst catch phrase ever. How can you knot in shoes are so hard to get you know now this is the story all about how my life got flipped, turned upside down and Id like to take a minute just sit right there Ill tell you how I became the prince of a town called Bel-Air, In west Philadelphia born and raised on the playground where I spent most of my days chilling out, maxing, relaxing all cool and all shooting some b-ball outside of the school when a couple of guys said were up in no good started making trouble in my neighborhood I got in one little fight and my mom got scared and said "you're moving with your auntie and uncle in Bel-Air!"
I whistled for a cab and when it came near the licensplate said fresh and had a dice in the mirror if anything I could say that this cab was rare but I thought now forget it, "yo home to Bel-Air." I pulled up to a house about seven or eight and I yelled to the cabby yo, home smell you later looked at my kingdom I was finally there to settle my throne as the prince of Bel-Air.
