Well lets ust make this short.Is it possible to change my name?
my name now is =(e)=ChromeX|MSgt.|
but i want it to be =(e)=ChromeX???|MSgt|
(the |MSgt| bit is my fbg rank ^^)What do i have to do?

We do not allow special characters such as the 101 subscript in your name.

just keep your name on the forums and ingame you can just change it to the fbg rank but like seaNNN said we dont allow special letters or symbols.

We allow NO symbols in forum names. You are free to add symbols in-game though.
