I received the Steam email, but wish I had a bit more confirmation on what is going to happen after the free period - does it just keep working? do I need to reinstall? Do I just need to go BBQ a spy?

And if for some strange reason you do delete the folder, you simply redownload it and everything you have unlocked will still be unlocked.

Once you buy the game, you own one license to it forever. On that account, you can play it once the free weekend ends and through any others in the future. Can't wait to play with you!

A free weekend is just that. Play the game for free without paying for a limited time. That what I did with DOD:S, and now I own the game. Buy it, it's fun. =D

I hope not, I have been racking up the points as a pyro every time a spy uses his dead ringer to try and get away from me.

ITs a great time to be a BB Pyro on Pipeline, with so many snipers scoped down the tunnel they never see you coming, despite the long and obvious walk.
