This is a simple question about headsets & eGO

Got my Logitech G51 5.1 speakers yesterday and should be getting my Turtle Beach HPA2 5.1 headset Wednesday.

Woot.

I have a mic and webcam mic but it fails too often so I finally decided enough is enough.

I can't play for very long without my headset. To me it sounds better and being able to talk is a must.

i seem to notice an issue. we have 1000's of members w/ ego, but yet were having an issue getting passed 100. lets start spreading the word bout this thread 2 other ego members (please).

that is why i have come up w/ every possible option. if the option isnt there, they can choose the last choice.

I'll just have to use the last option, becasue I rarely use my Mic and Headphones, if ever.

I don't own a microphone, three reasons, really.
Don't see a reason for one, I can type fast,
No money
And parents don't want me to own one.

I suggest you buy one on the cheap. You won't soon be promoted without one. Can't use Ventrilo, can't talk to players in-game to lead or warn...There is a whole world of difference when you begin to talk with your fellow gamers. You simply can't admin effectively without one.

I've got some nice Seinheisser Headphones and a separate logitech stand mic. I mostly use the headphones during the night however.

I have a headset and I use the mic on it most of the time. I have speakers, but don't use them for gaming much because my computer is in an area close to my kitchen, so my family would be hearing TF2 all the time if I didn't use my headset....:O
