If I may...
I think you should move the EGO logo up just a tad so it's not underneath your border. The bottom of the circle is being cut off just a tad.
I'm not a fan of the blur on the spy. He's supposed to be a foreground focal point and I think the blur takes away from it too much.
The text "Gentlemen" could be cleaned up a bit, it looks a bit choppy. I don't know if that's the right word but the correct one has escaped my mind at the moment, haha. Maybe make it a bit bigger too.

An Idiot Blooming-thanks for the constructive criticism. I didn't notice the logo and I don't have many text options to use (I have no idea how to install text into GIMP)
The blur on the spy wasn't meant, the picture I used was too large and when I made it smaller it began to blur, at that point I was too tired to care since there weren't many pics of the spy on Google XD...so I hoped that the use of a certain blur could help at least bring out the colors....didn't work as well as I'd had hoped.
Hopefully in the next one i'll remember your tips

As for fonts... unless it's a crazy program that differs from every other piece of software I have used you shouldn't have to "install fonts into it".
All your fonts should be located in a Windows folder, probably C:\Windows\Fonts.
To install new ones you just place or extract the .ttf font file into this folder and after reloading GIMP or whatever other software it should appear in your list of fonts.
