Yes! I love to get achievments and now they brought it back! And i had really no luck in the item system either... i havn't gotten any sniper or spy items yet :/

I somehow feel very bad. It sounds like we MADE them put milestones back when really it was not necessary, if you catch my drift. Although I do say I am very happy.

i thought the way they had it (randomly getting new items) was the best way for thing...
but atleast this way people have the option of being farmers, if they so should wish.

I got no milestones but i have 22 acheivments for sniper

Folks if you're not getting any new weapons even though you have enough Achievements give those servers enough time to update.

huzzah for Valve! Though they kind of ruined spy...people aren't playing them as they should be, spies shouldn't be rushing into the front lines not disguised,cloaked,sapping......but I am happy I have all the weapons (though still no hats )

I guess this is a good thing. I have all of the spy items already, but still missing my Jarate and Huntsman. It'll be a while, since I suck at both sniper and spy...

Thank god. Does this mean I get a new weapon? I already have 9 spy achievements. Woohoo, considering I haven't gotten a single new weapon since the update.
