Events, and You!

To begin with... The passwords for servers are found at http://www.edgegamers.org/forums/showthread.php?t=70711
I want everyone, who attends events to check for the password here, not asking for it in vent, in steam, ect. Its NOT hard, just bookmark it.

Secondly, during events please do NOT complain about the map, the event, ect. A lot of people come to the events to just chillax, and when one person doesn't like the map and cries over the mic and over chat the names of maps they would rather play, not much chillaxing goes on.

Lastly... RELAX. Events, unless they are scrims, are not about your score. They are not about how awesome you are. Events are held so we can relax, have some fun with our friends, and to just enjoy the game.

Maybe we should do like an poll of around 7 maps usually played and voted for on the server and see which ones is better suited for the event. Maybe that will calm down the complaining. Just my opinion and putting it out there =D. Unless it's already been thought of >.<

I think thats what all GAMES should be anyway after all if it were a competition of who's go the bigger KDR wouldnt it be called a sport?

True, but some people, myself included, have alot of fun when our score is good. Yet during the events, i would much rather make a fool of myself, do weird stuff, and set myself on fire then try to get number one on the scoreboard
