10th class has been leaked!

The tenth class has been leaked, and it's a little surprising.

Introducing the Heavy Dispenser Guy!
The Heavy Dispenser Guy is the new major defensive class. With infinite ammo and a minigun to rival any heavy or sentry and regenerating health to match, he is truly a master in the art of defense. His only major weakness is his almost total inability to move. He can be healed by both medics and engineers due to his semi-mechanical body, which also makes him deathly allergic to sappers, but it is suicide to even attempt to place a sapper on the Heavy Dispenser Guy. Due to his mildly stationary nature he does not have a melee weapon.


WEAPONS

Mounted Minigun
The Heavy Dispenser Guy's major weapon. It is easily capable of keeping foes pinned down indefinately, whilst also being easy to use for detecting those pesky spies. It has a built in slowing effect, to ensure that those who stumble upon the Heavy Dispenser Guy don't stumble away again.
Infinite ammo
Requires a brief starting spin up before being able to fire indefinately

OP much? People already grief enough about Sentries being tough to handle, don't give 'em more leverage.

Anyways, it would be awesome. Although there is one obvious problem. If they're not able to move, they'd just be stuck in spawn...
