A thank you to eGO

I joined eGO when I was 13 years old, and I sounded like a girl. Not that sounding like a girl is a bad thing, but I sounded like a 13 year old girl, which is not a very good voice to have if your planning on gaming online. For months I was trying to find a group that would accept kids and allow them to talk and treat them as equals. I never found such a group, until kat-24 showed my you guys, and a new love was born. I cannot thank you guys enough for being so tolerant to children, and giving them equal rights in the organization, even the ability to become admins. I cannot express my gratitude in words, and I'd hug you all in person if I got the chance.

Thank you eGO for making me feel like an equal in the Online Gaming world.

(funny story, once i was playing CSS, not on and eGO server. I decided to talk, and one of the players thought i was a girl. He started offering to buy me guns and such, and when I told him i was a guy, he ragequitted the server. I dont' get that here, thanks again)

another thing i've noticed here that is very similiar to yours. is in many of the threads someone will post something, but start with a "Ya'll probably don't care but..." then continue with their post..

And instead of the usual... um.. internet responses. People are treated with understanding and caring.

gosh, 10/10 and 10 toes up.

I actually used to ridicule little kids playing games like CS 1.6
going with the pubbers that say really rude things to kids....

But looking at this, i can finally say that i'm sorry to all those people that i used to ridicule.

Im so glad that you can go to a place and be confident in talking.

I know how you feel. When i first joined, i didnt tell anybody my age, i thought that if they find out, they would think i was just a stupid kid and kick me out.

But over the 10 months, ive realised that eGO is not like that at all, its like a family to me.
