Arg problems again

ok im getting this message "Steam has found a problem with your local games file. Game files will now be re-acquired from steam servers.

and i already verified integrity of game cache
anyone know whats up?

this happened to me a while back after a game crash, nothing could fix it. i had to redownload all the files :/

if you do redownlaod the files be sure and make a backup copy on some dvd's so yuo wont have to later on.

It happened to me last week.
Ive got all of my games burned on Cd It only takes 15min to install them all.
