Has anyone NOT received an unlock or a hat?

Then you can join the club...I'm not an addict but I do play a couple hours a day, sometimes less, but usually everyday...and as of yet I have not received an item--not even something I already achieved in the past! What gives???:angry:

Now - that Valve has added the milestones for Sniper and Spy you don't have to worry about those, you will get the weapons. I did. Now the only thing to honestly worry about is the hats. I have not had a single hat even after 100h+ of playing. You are not alone out there, just keep on playing and maybe someday.. just maybe.. you'll get lucky.

I got all the weapons, some 3 or 4 times over, plus a lot of the old unlocks....but no hats yet.....when trade comes out , msg me, ill send you some, if you havent gotten any by then...

I've got all the unlocks for both sniper and spy, partly through achievement farming.

Still no hat. Like the affro on the demo but I'd rather get the soldiers.
can hats be traded like unlocks can be? (when the implement it ofc)

Yeah well I would go to his house(so they're fresh) and bake him 9 which are shaped like the different TF2 classes, with or without hats, whichever he prefers.

Just pointing out - the chance of getting a hat is less than 5%. If everyone ran around with one, they wouldn't be so special.

I get at least 3 weapons a day with only about an hours worth of play.

I get about 1 weapon every week, with about 5 hours of play a day.

I've gotten the engi hat.

I farmed out achievements and I might get 1 item, maybe 2, in a 4-5 hour night.
