Well, it depends on each individual shop. Some might not want the things that are there and they can create their own form.

Its a good idea, but i dont think it needs a sticky, and we have lots of shops with forms so if a new one needs one, they can look around to each shop.

I think it helps, considering most people dont want a shop and it gives the others who dont want to post in their shops an idea instead of saying "make me a sig!".

as the darth say most shops have their own already or just let people do it as they wish. so it might be nice for new shop owners but other wise slightly redundant.
