Two things, Chuck I actually Hardjump lol. I just say jumpstyle meaning it as a whole. And Zan to answer your question, Jumpstyle is a dance, that follows a good bass rythm most of the times techno. Go to youtube and put in Jumpstyle or Hardjump and you should find a good amount of stuff to show you it. It is a physical and a well thought out dance, you need to make sure you at least have what you are going to do before you start or you are going to mess up quite abit.

I used to jump quite a lot, but due to an ankle injury I don't much anymore. nowadays mostly hardstyle and tecktonik, but if I ever get a working video camera I'd be happy to dust off my old skills and put one up.

I like jumpstyle (dancing and music) too because dancing is good
