I am in love with the Cloak and Dagger, especially on 2Fort. I don't care if I'm not making any points just sitting in their base spying on them, but it is fun as hell! I call out what they have, I call out the spies I see running out of their base, and I can learn some engies movements for the perfect strike on their SGs.

I think my most fun time with spy was standing on top of this one engie's SG for 10 minutes. I was on top of it!

Regular > Dr > CnD in my opinion because the Regular you get farther and you can pick up ammo and keep going so with the Regular watch you can got double as far as the CnD without stopping/crouch walking because of the ammo. Also CnD is only really good for hiding. Also another point which is better revolver or Ambassador?

The other thing is, I bunny hop... a lot and jump and do really weird manuevers that take a lot of moving around to my best ability to trick the enemy, so its not predictable at all and they cant follow my trail. With the CnD I can't even jump without my cloak dropping down to half almost instantly.

If they want it to be used, take 2 seconds off the cloak time but normalize the draining time and recharging time to the normal watch.

Too bad there is no bunny hopping in TF2 anymore. Jumping around madly is not bunny hopping. :P

I like both but i chose the invisibility watch because thats what i belive the spy was meant to use so he would disguise and have to be sneaky.

i personally like the default watch but both have uses with advantages and disadvantages, the CnD is better for some maps while the Invisability watch triumphs others, as well as situations where you need one or the other, if you know how to use both and switch when required you can be more deadly then someone who can use only one (i think, not from experiance XD)

I like the cloak and dagger because it gives me a tense feeling when I'm in a corner of a room full of enemies for a long time. Normal invisibility watch just makes me appear before their eyes and makes me feel stupid.

It really depends on the map. If there are good corners where you can decloak and snipe players with the ambassador then its cloak and dagger. The regular watch is much better for lots of backstabs. After a while others know you wont move much after a stab with the CaD so you start getting killed 2 much and its frustrating lol :O

I definatly prefer the cloak and dagger to the normal spy watch.
I haven't been able to try the Dead Ringer though, its the only new item I haven't unlocked (except all those hats).

Cloak and Dagger is just really good, especially if you don't mind crouch walking

Im pretty agressive with the C&D, but I can also camp with it...just depends on my mood. I tied my record again with it (since I reset my stats) on turbine yesterday. Got 12 kills in 1 life by being agressive. I think that the C&D is very addicting and very fun to use if used right. I find it to be the same as the original watch, I usually end up top 3 on the score boards with the C&D.

You can bunny hop in any game
Depends on what you think bunny hopping is. There are different kinds of bunny hops depending on the game. Continually jumping around without any benefit, however, is not bunny hopping.

This is bunny hopping and it does not work in TF2.

Anyway, While I do like all three watches I stick to the CnD most of the time. Who says you can't be as aggressive with the Cloak and Dagger as with the normal watch? Just because you can doesn't mean you have to be cloaked the whole match. While you can get further into the enemy territories with the Invisibility watch thanks to the longer duration while running and picking up the ammunition packs you do choose when you decloak with the Cloak and Dagger. That is a huge advantage.

I don't think they're really quite balanced right now. As I've said before both unlockable watches always feel like complete upgrades rather than alternatives to me. One thing that would really put the normal spy watch up with the new toys would be a complete removal of any sound made during uncloaking, as I've experienced countless snipers who would snipe normally and completely not notice me until I uncloaked, whereupon they would un-scope, turn around, and pounce on me like a savage animal.

Cloak and Dagger FTW, because you can really stay there and plan your assassination for your next victim
