The only problem with a menu with IP connect titles on it is if the IP addresses ever change, you have a useless menu in front of you.

Which I posted back on #39 is a feature coming, and I just need support from a person with the access.

I choose No, but I wouldn't say it's a stupid idea. ;P

I use the smallest resolution possible on the lowest video settings to maximize my FPS, which averages about 20-30 on Dustbowl. ;P I have all the TF2 servers under my favourites so I wouldn't be needing that large menu to choose from. On the serverlist, I can see which players are on what servers or if they are full or not.

Great idea nonetheless, just I can't use it. ;D

No, tbh, favourites is just as simple/quick and I see what the numbers are, and what map etcetera.

It needs to be better than the favourites tab before I install it.

It's cool, but really, steam makes it very easy to find and join the server you want. Plus it gives you info on who's playing, your ping to that server, etc. That said, I feel this offers less usefulness and is only barely more convenient than clicking "find servers" and then "favorites."

Rock on! This is pretty freaking sweet.I'm definitely going to get some use out of this baby.

If you showed a player count, I'd consider it. but if I'm NOT playing on an eGO server and I accidentally click to join one, I'll be annoyed. Just saying. Seems like you could accidentally click one.

For one, with the current TF2 Engine, it is impossible to do this without completely redoing the engine. And 2nd of all, if you accidentally click one, who cares! Your going to an eGO server anyways ;)

New update posted!
You will need to reinstall the entire menu to get the update. Please read the first post in this thread for more information!

This is really nice, I've never taken time to add all the TF2 servers, now I don't have to :P

I actually didn't vote, because neither option really applies to me.It's a really nice idea, but not very practical for me personally. Like mentioned below in previous posts the number of users in the servers doesn't look like it is displayed at first glance and that's actually a big factor in what server I choose (eGO or otherwise). Also, if I had to guess, users who have their game set to a lower video resolution may end up with a rather cluttered main menu screen.

Keep up the good work though, this has potential.

I'm in the "awesome idea but not sure if I'll use it" camp. However, next time I have to reinstall Steam and/or (for some random reason) have to re-input all the eGO servers by IP to the favorites, I'll probably give this a whirl first. :)

Two thumbs up anyway!

Update!

I updated the Menu for the new maps, and 1 IP change. To update, run the updater (if you downloaded that update). If you haven't downloaded the updater/downloader, please download in the Original Post.

Thanks!

You're making me believe in beavers all over again. I love it, only thing I would recommend is a way for it to show you how many people are in the server and whatnot, like if it went to the server info instead of just going straight to join.

That said, you rock. :D
