Help!

Would someone kindly help me with bullet registration issues I'm having on CSS with the 24/7 Office server? My bullet registration was great but lately it has been waning. I have tried updating drivers, tweaking my Rate from 20000 to 25000 (the server wont allow 30000). Still it seems that my bullets don't register properly, and my ping is fine.

My Specs:

Video - Nvidia 9300m 512mb
Ram - 4 gigs
Processor - Intel Core Duo T5800 @ 2Ghz each
OS - Windows Vista 64 bit
Asus Notebook

Please I would like to have my bullet registration back! :facewall:

It's just that CSS has poor hit boxes.

It's a 66 tick server - not everything will register.
