servers are still too busy >___<
i played css for 2 hours and then just signed off to check if i could decrypt but still cant lol
now i wish steam had a system where you could wait in line if things are too busy and then you eventually get to download instead of this random clicking and hoping you get in lol

I managed to bypass that QQ about the servers being busy by simply rebooting Steam a few times. Downloading ze "update" now, 21% done.
Restart steam and then it will download a patch
