To all you e's eg's and ego's out there. Please remember our team balance plugin has been removed. It is up to us all to balance them out as need be. Now me personally i end up switching half a dozen times with out anyone else trying to help out. Today i was in office specing and not one person (all of which are e's) did not move to the opposing team after i am an all warning requesting that the teams be made even or i'll start switching in 2 -3 rounds. nobody did. so to conclude, please do your part to help balance this problem out. I also notice a lot of this is happening in our new servers especially our stock one and mostly eg's and ego's is what i see playing in those. Do your part and we will make everyone happy to return to our servers to play. Lets keep our reputation 1 step further with great attitudes.

bleh i says teams will balance themselfs out , but thats me.
This is a big problem I agree. I will admit I am guilty of staying with a team that was dominating because I wanted to win. We all have done that before. If you see this happen, it will really make a difference if help balance the teams, and make the playing experience better for everyone.
