How do i get rid of this?

I've been getting some bogus thing and somehow no anti-virus can get rid of it. It blocks steam if you don';t give it what it wants. And its begging to make me a bit annoyed. Look at the bottom right of the screen for the thing it's asking and near the start button for the tab.

umm, have you tried deleting your client.blob? that seems to fix most steam issues.

If the above doesn't work. Uninstall all the games you have installed through steam, then uninstall steam itself. Restart comp,delete the Steam folder if it did not disappear from the uninstall.

The next part takes a skilled computer user to do.
Use regedit to delete the 2 valve entries in the registry under hkey_current_user>software>vavle and hkey_local_machine>software>valve

Go go to google, search steampowered dot com. Redownload steam, install, and configure steam to your liking(i suggest turning off start up when windows starts), then reinstall your games through steam.
