How do you screen shot?

type in console bind "f5" "jpeg" and when you hit F5 it will take a screenshot, putting in your cstrike folder under screenshots

yes make sure you're all joining the Basic Training Steam Group (can do so via my sig) in order to grab the updates first and foremost!
Plus any of the administrators in the BT group are BT instructors, that can help you with the USP training
