Call of Cthulhu

Has anyone played Call of Cthulhu?
I've heard mixed reviews on it and it's on sale in steam right now so I was thinking about getting it but I wanted to get some feedback before I bought it.

i have not played it but i keep seeing it advertised as well. i think it might be an ok game, it is made by bethesda! have you played morrowind? i wonder if you purchase that game if it comes with the construction set that the retail pc version came with? it allows you to modify the map and new missions and create new adventures, its awsome.

yeah I saw it awhile ago and it caught my eye and now I see it on steam and for $15 it seems like a pretty good deal even if it's only an ok game.

I have the original morrowind but I never installed the construction set. I bought the set with morrowind and oblivion on steam so I could get all the extra stuff that came with it since I never played the expansions to either of those games.

i loved morrowind back in the day. i was so addicted to that game. i played it on my original xbox for many many hours.

well I just bought Call of Cthulhu since I think todays the last day of the sale *crosses fingers*
yeah I have Morrowind downloading now and hopefully within the next hour or so it'll be done and my addiction will be back

I have played it, pretty good game, very hard and can be confusing, also you don't have anything to fight back with until later in the game and ammo is very scarce, so hoard ammo. Fun game if you don't mind lackluster graphics.
