Please forgive me for not making up my mind.

I need my sig to be change the following ways:
1. Please remove the Team fortress division
2. Remove the text and add this in its place: I... Commend you
3. Add some "decal" in the black background, possibly, a shooting star in the upper right direction?( I'm sure you have a brush or two ) Surprise me

Sorry i couldnt remove the text at the bottom because i accidentally deleted that font and it was really hard to find.
