Yeah, the font looks a bit unprofessional. Just my opinion. If it was my choice I'd do something less blocky and more.... regal? Times New Roman, Arial, Verdana, and whatnot. Only because if you use letters that get too swirly or out of shape it distracts you from the main content, ie the image in the backround.

no just did it on photoshop then ill do it in flash ( i need to figure out how first!)

its real easy. just go to help and find a tutorial on buttons. once you get the basics its real easy.

I like the second one, above the button. But I think you should have cut around the cars that are on the edge. It doesn't have to be perfectly round, just evened out. Having the trucks cut in half looks strange.

Also in the original, I would've left the trees on the left side and just taken out the other rooftops, maybe added a few more trees as well. It looks lopsided otherwise.

just make a button and then hit F8. make that into a button then doubble click it and animate what you want when you click it or whatever.

if you can take another pic and set up the parking lot so it doesnt have all the distractions that would be a whole lot better. take a pic when theres nobody in the lot. after looking closer i noticed some kids on the left. its just too distracting. also if you decide to use a circular vignette, be sure not to cut any vehicles or stuff in half. what do you have for a camera? if you can get closer, but go into wide angle zoom, you could probably stop the pic just above the roof. that would solve some of your problems with the background. if possible try to stand at or maybe even in front of the light post. just some ideas. im more for starting with a better pic, rather than trying to overly-modify a crummy one.

outbreak is there any way i can make a button with the one i made without make the background a button to?

copy your buttons picture into flash.

delete the background

select the whole button and press F8

select "Button", press ok.

doubble click your button then look at your timeline.

see that it changed and there are steps for the button. Up, Over, Down, and Hit. edit these accordingly on how you want them to act. Down and hit can be the same.
