Verizon is one of our sponsors? That's amazing! On topic, the servers run amazing. I'm using Fios and I'm on the east coast. I still have great ping, but of course I always have some lag spikes since I'm on a wireless connection.

10/10!

The TF2 division is ever grateful for the new servers. Many thanks to Verizon! Now bring the FiOS to my neighborhood and we'll be set.

im pissed at you guys.. i love you to death but WTF!!! someone put a password on the jailbreak server... im mad now... please do something a bout tht.

I barely lag on the new servers, the stock maps are a definite win though, it's all i play now.

well some of them are off to a shaky start like arena/stock maps...but i love the servers...i rarely lag on them! :)

I love the servers because i live near Seattle, i think my average ping for stock maps is like 12 or lower lol

Not sure if cp_gravelpit is on one fo the new boxes, but if it is its been pretty shaky. Although pings appear to be reasonable, theres large lag spikes that I and other people see every couple of minutes. Tonight, I pumped 4 nades into a heavy only to see him explode close to a second later.

My ping went from ~90 to about ~30 os im a very happy camper. I also like the AWPS on the almost lagless Stock Map server

The servers are excellent. No hiccups when people join and/or leave, no server side issues I can see. My lag problems are a function of literally being on the last mile of a copper connection, but even so, it's the difference between 70ms ping (Dallas servers) and 120ms ping (Cali servers), which, when combined with the quality of the servers is a highly acceptable proposition.

Not to mention FiOS brought the Turbine back, for which I am forever grateful. I just hope I'll be able to move to a FiOS zone to return the favor ;D

Here is some feedback that may or may not be useful to you.

The East Coasters like myself get 110+ ping to the west coast servers, including my favorite map, gravelpit, which I cannot play. Some maps which are not playable to east coasters because of ping issues.

I'm not sure why we have certian servers with certian maps on them on the west coast but I don't see why you can't just put all maps into Texas and call it even both ways for east and west.
